The goal of a discovery session is for you to get clarity about what has you stuck or blocked and how you can tap into your guides or use healing tools with my help to find the right answers.  After our initial session, you’ll have a clear idea of what’s holding you back and concrete steps you can take to fix it.

What You Can Expect

Our session can be done in person at my office in Covington or via telephone/online meeting... whichever you prefer.

Once you arrive, we'll chat for a few minutes to confirm what you want to work on. Then we'll get started.

The main goal of this type of session is to help you follow your inner voice. We all have these awesome ideas & knowledge, yet somehow talk ourselves out of them.
