What You Can Expect

Not to be confused with a sound bath, a gong therapy session starts with taking a few moments to get grounded in the present moment when you arrive. Silence your phone and unplug. Admire Mother Oak, say hello, take a deep breath and knock on the door.

Our session will begin with an initial consultation to discuss your intentions. I will then offer you a mantra to be used as I play the gong during your meditation.

Afterward, we will have some time to process and go over any additional questions.
