Our sessions can be done in person at my office in Covington or via telephone/online meeting... whichever you prefer.
Initially, we'll talk about what you want to work on. Then we'll get started.
Our session topics will vary week to week depending on your needs and how you're progressing. We take as much time as you need to make sure you break through whatever is holding you back, and that the changes you make stick!
