How does your interior space make you feel? What in your room gets your attention first? The heart of design is creating a space that unites form and function imitating your authentic aesthetic – using color, light, art, plants, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment.  Instead of walking into a blank room and thinking of furniture layouts and how to fill up the empty walls, first connect with what makes you feel comfortable, and what your true aesthetic is.  My personal style mixes transitional and eclectic, and yet I have to balance my architect-husband’s traditional yet clean modern lines in our home.
